IAI Hasanuddin Pare Kediri Hosts a Significant Academic Gathering

Kediri, [25th June 2024] – The tranquil campus of IAI Hasanuddin Pare Kediri recently became the focal point of intellectual exchange as it hosted the 2nd Annual Meeting of Forum Tadris Bahasa Inggris (FORTABING) and the inaugural gathering of the English Education Student Association (HIMA PRODI TBI) under Kopertais IV Surabaya. This momentous event drew participation from ten private institutions under Kopertais IV Surabaya, showcasing a vibrant collaboration among higher education institutions committed to advancing English education in Indonesia.

The event commenced with an inspiring opening address by IAI Hasanuddin Pare’s esteemed Rector, Mr. Umar M. Pd. I, who warmly welcomed the participants and underscored the significance of collaboration in enhancing educational practices. The keynote speaker, Yanuar Dwi Prastyo, S.Pd.I., M.A., Ph.D., delivered an enlightening session on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum, enriching attendees with insights into its implementation and potential impact on English education.

A highlight of the gathering was the official launch of HIMA PRODI TBI Kopertais IV, a student organization aimed at fostering leadership, academic excellence, and community engagement among English education students within the Kopertais IV region.
